Upon finalizing your purchase, we generate airway bills for the seller, facilitating a hassle-free shipping process. Every order includes tracking, offering both you and the seller added reassurance while your package is en route.

When inputting a payment method, always verify that your shipping address is current.
As every order is unique, shipping costs will differ depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

Shipping Timeframe

At Collektr, we request sellers to dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days upon sale confirmation. On average, you can expect to receive your order in 7 days, though it's not uncommon for orders to take up to 14 days. Should there be a halt in tracking updates, first reach out to the shipping provider, EasyParcel. If they are unable to pinpoint the package and there's no update after 12 days, kindly inform us at hello@collektr.co. We're here to assist promptly, ensuring your shopping experience remains seamless.

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Collektr cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval. As you can imagine, once the parcel has left Collektr, it is completely out of our control. We trust our shipping partner to deliver your parcel in the quickest time possible and ask that our valued customers please be patient with the process.

Where does Collektr ship to?

Local (Malaysia) shipments:

West Malaysia: Pgeon, Poslaju and DHL eCommerce: 1-5 working days.

East Malaysia: Citylink, Poslaju and DHL eCommerce: 3-7 working days.

Asian region:

Aramex, FedEx, DHL and TNT: 1-2 weeks.

USA, UK, Europe and rest of the world:

FedEx, DHL, and TNT: 1-4 weeks.

Order Guidelines

After placing an order or when the auction end, you will need to communicate with the seller and get all the details of your purchase. Once your order is approved, seller will dispatch it within 2 to 4 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing tracking details with tracking number, courier service and estimated arrival date after your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 1-3 business days (West Malaysia shipments), 3-5 business days (East Malaysia shipments) and 5-10 business days (international shipments) from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and the estimated arrival date.

Please keep in mind that while we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs clearance, courier delays or failed payment approval.

Self Pick-Up

You may collect your order from our shop after 3 working days of purchasing. Please note, this service is only available Tuesday to Sunday (3pm-10pm). An email will be sent to you once your order is at the shop and ready to be collected. Our staff may also contact you through Whatsapp to arrange your self pick-up time and date conveniently. Your order will be kept at the store for 14 days from the date of purchase. If it is not picked up after 14 days, we will advise you to be reshipped.

Our Packaging Standards

To ensure your items arrive safely, there are a few things you need to do!

1. Individually wrap items inside parcel

Bubble wrap will be use to protect fragile items before placing them in the parcel. Each item will be individually wrap and secure with tape.

2. Use protective material to fill up the parcel

If there is extra space in the box, we will fill this up with polystyrene, foam, newspaper, or shredded cardboard, to add extra padding which can prevent damage during transit.

3. Secure box with strong tape (fragile label)

After we have packaged your box, then we securely seal the seam with strong tape, focusing on the box seams and corners.
